Details of the inspection including Apple Engineer name, ID, and description of fault must be provided with return request. Return will be approved pending approval with Apple. This exculdes custom built (CTO/BTO) Apple Computers. Outside the 10 day DOA period the product must be repaired under warranty at an Apple Authorised Service Center.
