Faulty RA Warranty Procedure : DOA Products within 10 days of Sale to customer must first be inspected by an Apple Authorised Server Center. These can be found at http:// www.apple.com/au/buy/ . Details of the inspection including Apple Engineer name, ID, and description of fault must be provided with return request. Return will be approved pending approval with Apple. This exculdes custom built (CTO/BTO) Apple Computers. Outside the 10 day DOA period the product must be repaired under warranty at an Apple Authorised Service Center.
Credit RA Procedure : Credit returns are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact Product Manager for more information.
